ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU’LL
- Coordinate access for site surveys
- Perform walkthroughs for installing Pilot’s services
- Document building details within Salesforce
- Create scopes of work detailing the cable routing method to bring Pilot’s services to a customer or building
- Create work orders detailing the materials needed for installations
- Collaborate with other internal teams on scopes of work and installations
- Participate in on-call rotation for outages using Pilot’s internal applications
- Create and maintain up to date documentation for all work
- Support other internal teams/stakeholders with engineering questions/requests
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2-4 years experience with fiber optic installations or an engineering role
- OSHA10 or OSHA30 Certification not required, but a plus
- Experience performing telecommunication surveys
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with drafting software (Visio, CAD, Sketch-up, Revit, Bluebeam)
- Construction experience not required, but a plus

- Base salary of $70,000 - $80,000
