The Role:
The Digital Acquisition Manager will report to the Chief Banking Officer and will play a crucial role in driving deposit growth from Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) through digital channels, leveraging Piermont’s automated online account opening capabilities and digital banking platform. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, banking, and fintech.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies to attract SMB customers and grow deposits.
- Plan and coordinate multi-channel digital campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, social media, and email.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, marketing agencies, Google Ads teams, and affiliate partners to optimize campaign performance.
- Identify and cultivate strategic affiliate partnerships to expand reach within SMB target segments.
- Implement tracking systems to monitor KPIs with a focus on conversion metrics.
- Work closely with Product to understand Piermont’s digital banking platform's features and capabilities, and provide insights from acquisition efforts to inform product enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing / acquisition in banking or fintech.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital acquisition campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SMB banking.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and marketing automation software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in banking and financial services advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
The hiring range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, dental, vision, 401k, and other benefits.
