We are currently looking for a full-time Assistant Manager for our Warsaw Clinic who can:
- Provide input to MSM regarding staff performance for purposes of performance reviews and progressive discipline
- Be the first point of contact for staff questions and concerns regarding clinic operations and processes and decides on necessary escalation
- Provide daily oversight of the day-to-day quality, service, administrative, and operational components of their assigned clinic in addition to their regular clinical position
- Participate in interviews for all open clinic positions
- Provide excellent customer service
Our Ideal candidate will have:
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may be substituted for education
2. 3+ years of experience in healthcare environment required and 1 year of clinical experience with Physicians Immediate Care required
3. Effective communication and interaction with employers, patients, providers, managers and other colleagues
4. A flexible schedule as most of our clinics are open Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 8am-4pm
