We are looking for a full time Provider Recruiter who will be responsible for full cycle recruitment activities for Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, as well as other clinic members. 

 Essential functions include but are not limited to:

  • Post open requisitions on internal and external job boards
  • Source and review CVs
  • Conduct initial phone screens
  • Coordinate interviews with Medical Leadership
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Compose offer letters/employment contracts and present offers to candidates verbally as well as by email
  • Initiate background checks and drug screens
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport with potential candidates and analyze their needs, background and skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to foster innovation in terms of improving on the cycle of recruitment and be capable of interacting with staff at all levels
  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Calndly and candidate tracking database experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
