POSITION SUMMARY:
PhyNet Dermatology is looking for a Provider Recruiting Specialist to support our provider recruiting team to help place qualified candidates in a timely manner.
Provider Recruiting Specialist responsibilities include passive clinical research and outreach via job boards, ATS databases and competitor websites to identify potential candidates. This is accomplished by cold email, text and calls along with organizing an effective employee referral system. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our company’s current and future clinical staffing needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Proactively source physician and mid-level candidates through on-line job boards, competitor websites, cold calling/texting, direct mail, state/national medical organizations and ATS database mining
- Review CV to pre-screen and identify candidates
- Collaborate with Provider Recruiting leadership to identify each position’s requirements
- Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
- Engage active and past candidates to understand their motivations for new job opportunities
- Develop a pipeline of Physician, Nurse Practitioner and Physician assistant candidates
- Facilitate and grow our residency/fellowship outreach program
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
EXPERIENCE:
- Prior sales prospecting or provider recruiting experience is required with evidence of proven success getting through “gatekeepers.”
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software
- Ability to be persuasive, persistent, and patient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with ability to follow up
- Good time-management and organization skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- Proven experience building and cultivating relationships with prospective candidates
- Develop prospects into candidates
- Continues to develop creative strategies for sourcing options
