The Role

The Honest Company has kicked off a search for a Project Manager for our Baby business! In this role, you will manage innovation projects in support of the strategic product plan across our baby portfolio. As a Project Manager, you’ll partner with cross functional stakeholders to develop, track and manage cross functional performance.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain relationships within R&D, and partner with Product, Operations,
    Brand, Creative, Sales, Sourcing, Finance and Packaging Engineering on the product
    development process
  • Develop, track and manage cross-functional performance for timelines, innovation gate
    documents and post launch / ad hoc analysis for all product launches and SKU
    transitions
  • Prepare detailed implementation project plans and manage week-to-week execution of
    associated tasks, including planning, tracking, documentation, risk analysis and bi-
    weekly status updates to senior leadership
  • Develop and lead project checklist meetings, while driving accountability across key
    team members
  • Resolve and promptly escalate issues, risks and dependencies – proactively identifying
    potential gaps and critical path analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute on
    mitigation plans
  • Continually refine and support effective project management workflow standards
    including procedures and templates that promote efficiency, productivity, and quality

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years project management experience in a CPG environment
  • Power to influence peers / managers and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity
  • Self-directed, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision at detailed levels
    while taking account of interdependencies at higher levels
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience developing and managing detailed project plans that have multiple cross-
    functional dependencies
  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Project Management certifications a plus!

Compensation 

The pay range for this role is $78,500 - $107,800. Actual compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to depth of experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. 

The total rewards package for this position may also include base, annual incentive plan, benefits, retirement plan, equity, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
