Phreesia is looking for anAssociate Creative Director to join our growing Demand Generation team and play an integral role in leading our creative strategy and strengthening the Phreesia brand. This individual will lead the Creative team and work cross functionally to both direct and execute engaging creative across all media, including print, video, digital and social. This individual will also leverage deep understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and our target audience(s). We are looking for a seasonedhighly skilled leader with a strong point of view who is ready to hit the ground runninginspire a team, manage projects from conception to execution, and stay up to date with new technology and design trends. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and a positive attitude are essential.   

What You'll Do: 

  • Manage a team of designers, including directing their work and providing feedback and guidanc 
  • Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery 
  • Align creative strategy with the goals of the company 
  • Design a wide range of pieces, including illustrations, infographics, videos and white papers
  • Set and adhere to guidelines and brand standards for creative work, including for print, websites, digital campaigns, tradeshows, social, videos, PowerPoint decks and general marketing collateral 
  • Oversee complex web-design projects 
  • Manage relationship with vendors, including budgeted hours, timeline and creative direction    
  • Elevate the integrity and excellence of the brand in all materials  
  • Provide comprehensive design overview and brand consistency
  • Provide fresh, unique and strategic thinking for all brand marketing/ advertising initiatives 
  • Brainstorm concepts with executives and other directors 
  • Evaluate technology to be used to increase efficiency or provide better visual output 
  • Collaborate with outside subcontracted artists and designers 
  • Meet deadlines, remain in budget and ensure stakeholders are satisfied
  • Work cross-functionally and drive results for multiple projects at once 
  • Own creative repository of marketing materials and initiate regular updates and/or refreshes  
  • Co-own sales enablement/content repository tool 
  • Regularly audit collateral and ensure consistency across all pieces    

What You'll Bring: 

  • 10+ years of relevant design experience  
  • Bachelor’s degree in of fine arts, graphic design, web design or related field  
  • Experience leading high-performing design teams, including offshore resources
  • Branding expertise 
  • Portfolio of completed design projects 
  • Expert-level experience with variety of creative tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress and PowerPoint. Marketo experience preferred but not required 
  • Experience in Adobe After Effects  
  • Experience in healthcare and B2B marketing a plus
  • Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Design: UI/UX, digital ad, social media, WordPress, wireframing tool
  • Deep understanding of best practices related to email designs, responsive UX, and social media
  • Experience using data (web analytic tools, Marketo, Clickto develop and optimize materials
  • Familiarity with website monitoring tools such as Google Analytics, HotJar and Pingdom
  • Experience with Agile development methodology strongly preferred 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong ability to adapt to new technologies and requirements 
  • Critical eye for detail 
  • Self-starter; ambitious, creative thinker
