Phreesia is looking for a Revenue Specialist to join our growing team!
The Revenue Specialist will be responsible for responding to all billing inquiries from both internal teams and external clients. They will be responsible for activating billing for all new accounts and all billing changes for existing clients. They will also be responsible for analyzing monthly reports within our billing system to identify any potential billing discrepancies and determine the root cause.
What You’ll Do:
Triage and respond to internal and external billing inquiries
Activate/quality check new account billing
Review contract terms and prepare change order forms for existing clients
Activate/quality check change order account billing
Perform quarterly audits on practices to determine if we are billing correctly according to contract/change order terms
Analyze monthly reports to identify potential billing discrepancies
What You’ll Bring:
1-3 years of related experience
University degree required
Familiarity and comfort dealing with legal documents and contracts
Knowledge of Intacct or Workday, CPQ and Salesforce a plus
Strong analytic and quantitative skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization
Incredibly organized, disciplined, and process-oriented
High level of personal and professional integrity
Strong Excel skills with ability to analyze financial data
