Phreesia is looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will support the company's rapidly growing sales and marketing organization through high impact leadership, operational execution, process innovation, and strong stakeholder management. As part of a team, the position will oversee all aspects of sales operations, including sales planning and strategy, forecasting, pipeline analytics, resource allocation, deal desk operations, process improvements, and reporting and analysis. Success entails partnering closely with senior sales leadership and external stakeholders, including Marketing, Customer Solutions, Market Development, Legal and Finance to drive initiatives, improving the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, and enabling our sales teams to deliver excellence at scale.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with leaders across the company to provide the infrastructure, tools, systems, and processes to build a world-class sales organization
- Develop strategies for scaling Phreesia’s sales teams while improving productivity and efficiency
- Facilitate GTM effectiveness and manage functions essential to sales force productivity, including annual planning, reporting, quota setting and management, establishment of sales promotions, sales process optimization, RFP management, training and sales program implementation
- KPI definition, tracking, dashboarding: Use data to increase efficiencies in the sales process, closely monitor sales performance at all stages of the funnel, and provide continuous recommendations for improvements
- Identify opportunities for sales process optimization, process redesign, and development of new processes and policies
- Lead the assignment of the sales opportunities and ensure opportunities are optimally allocated to sales representatives
- Lead month-end and quarter-end sales bookings close process by ensuring accuracy and completeness of Sales Force opportunities based executed contracts and change orders
- Lead the sales forecasting process and pipeline calls to improve pipeline accuracy and forward-looking channel management
- Manage records, sales reports, sales dashboards, workflows, and sales process best practices
- Verify data accuracy and completeness of data structure in conformance with requirements for Sales leadership, Finance and Management reporting
- Maintain data integrity within Salesforce CRM. Monitor sales organization compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data
- Provide ongoing user management, support, and training for Salesforce.com and other related tools to existing and new sales hires
- Assist the sales and sales operations team with ongoing analytical, administrative and operational tasks, including building custom Sales Force reports and dashboards
- Provide requested feedback to Sales Management on rep administrative performance
- Support Deal Desk, Sales and Legal in contract development: Proposal review, RFP management, Order Form creation and modification in CPQ, business terms negotiations and redlines in Word and CLM tool, final contract clean up and review, and DocuSign envelope creation
- Provide support on bids, RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitations as needed. May require summarizing of opportunity, identifying key business requirements, and ensuring company pricing objectives are met
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field required
- 6+ years of sales or business operations experience in a high-volume SaaS environment
- At least 1 year of experience in drafting, reviewing, managing and negotiating customer agreements
- Advanced Excel skills, with a minimum of 2 years in a data analytics or data intensive role
- Extremely comfortable with technology with ability to adapt and learn new technology
- Extensive knowledge and expertise of Salesforce.com in an enterprise environment required; Salesforce Admin Certification a plus
- Team player, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills: ability to collaborate, interact, and be comfortable communicating at all levels across the organization
- Has a strong operational background with a track record of making data driven decisions
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple projects and priorities
