As a Deployment Specialist resource, you will join the team that leads Phreesia’s efforts to integrate with our existing customers’ Healthcare IT (HIT) systems. These systems include Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Practice Management Systems (PMS), and billing systems. Integration includes patient demographics, appointment schedule, signature forms (PDFs), and clinical data exchange. You will be responsible for successfully installing and configuring the Phreesia components in complex and challenging multi-vendor customer environments. In this role, you will be working cross functionally with a lot of different teams in the organization including product management, development, support, client services and our customers. You need to be a strong problem solver, detail oriented, comfortable in a startup technology environment, and adept at working with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
Installation and configuration of the Phreesia integration software with 3rd party systems.
Troubleshooting technical issues during the integration deployment process and providing ongoing 2nd level support for net new clients.
Upgrading existing practices to new integration packages.
Monitoring logs and performing QA tests to verify a successful integration.
Mentoring and training other team members on implementation and best practices.
Building/maintaining internal test environments to help troubleshooting and training.
Qualifications:
College or university degree in Information Technology and/or equivalent work experience
Ability to work with customers to understand their current system environments and implement custom integration solutions
Strong problem solver, detail oriented, comfortable in a startup technology environment, and adept at working with internal and external customers.
Experience with API, SQL or HL7 integrations and familiarity with healthcare data workflows is considered a strong asset
Extensive experience with Windows application installation and configuration
Comfortable installing and configuring new and unfamiliar applications
Superior communication, written, interpersonal, and telephone skills
Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
