Windows Administration
- Good knowledge of Windows/Linux Administration and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to VPN, Network connectivity issues, User access.
- Good understanding of how to troubleshoot Application related issues.
- Good understanding/knowledge to create Documentations.
- Fast learner.
- Knowledge in Azure is an advance.
- Scripting knowledge i.e. Powershell, Windows script.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS) and the Microsoft server environment.
- Knowledge in Virtualisation.
- Monitor and maintain Windows Server operating system.
- Familiarity with networking topology concepts.
- Good to have at least 1 Azure certification (Administrator, Developer or Architect)
- 1+ years of relevant work experience with Cloud administration / automation (Knowledge).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting technical problems on a 1st line support.
- Identifying the issue and addressing /escalating the issue to the right SPOC and work with relevant SPOC to publish RCA.
- Monitoring and Alerting will be BAU activities.
- Participate in escalations and outage bridges. Ensure accurate outage status alerts are actioned on a timely basis.
- Document SoP of the Environment.
- Monitor overall system and infrastructure availability.
- Ensures that systems, processes and methodologies are maintained/followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.
- Participate in upgrades needed to maintain service levels.
- Participates in DR/BCP activities of the cloud setup.
- Reports the activities/challenges faced on a day-to-day basis. And escalate the impact/impact and communicate accordingly.
