Synopsis
PhonePe's Ethics & Compliance (“E&C”) team focuses on maintaining a strong corporate culture of integrity by promoting ethical and compliant behavior, and decision-making.
The position reports to the Program Lead to support the execution and the governance of the Training & Awareness (“T&A”) Program. The Program focuses on training and communication campaigns/initiatives across the organization to facilitate behavioral expectations and to understand the E&C requirements on the Code of Conduct, and compliance policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Execute the Program requirements for the T&A Annual Plan as per the enterprise guidance.
Support the consistent execution and tracking as per the training escalation protocols.
Execute the core elements of the day-to-day Training & Awareness program operations, including course assignments, training reports, troubleshooting, and working on the Learning Management System (“LMS”).
Validate the target audience data for compliance training and ensure remediation of gaps – if any
Create accurate and clear program dashboards/reports/updates for Leadership and stakeholders including Global stakeholders.
Work with the various stakeholder teams such as – Global, Compliance, and HR – in steering the program agenda forward.
Support in the reviews of the Anti-Corruption (“AC”) HR Screening process, and training sessions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the communications team to drive awareness campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Graduate professional with 1-3 years of corporate experience. Experience with LMS and administration would be preferable.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills with an attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at a given point in time.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management skills.
