Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Banking relationship and Fund Transfer
Specialist to lead our fund transfer operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution
of fund transfers to our merchants, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of
compliance and risk management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management:
    o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Banking Partners, primary point
    of contact.
    o Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the new solutions
    that can be offered to our merchants and increase portfolio growth.
    o Conduct regular meetings to review performance, discuss strategies, and identify
    opportunities for additional services.
    o Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery as
    per the agreed norms.
  • Fund Management:
    o Oversee and manage all aspects of fund transfer operations, including processing,
    monitoring, and reconciling transactions.
    o Ensure timely and accurate execution of fund transfers, adhering to company
    policies and regulatory requirements.
    o Collaborate with Banking partners, Regulatory entities cross-functional teams to
    optimize transfer processes and implement best practices.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    o Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, and know your customer
    (KYC) requirements.
    o Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues
    in fund transfer processes.
    o Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing
    compliance.
  • Process Improvement:
    o Analyze current fund transfer processes and systems to identify areas for
    improvement.
    o Implement process enhancements and technology solutions to increase efficiency
    and reduce operational costs.
  • Reporting and Documentation:

o Generate and analyze reports related to fund transfer activities, performance
metrics, and compliance.
o Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of fund transfer processes,
transactions, and audit trails.

  • Stakeholder Management:
    o Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated fund transfer issues and resolve
    complex inquiries.
    o Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, partners, and
    stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    o Lead and mentor a team of fund transfer specialists, providing guidance, and
    support.
    o Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, promoting
    continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master’s degree from Teir 1 college.

Experience:
o Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Banking relationships, fund transfer
operations, financial services, or a related field.
o Proven track record in managing complex fund transfer processes and leading
teams.
Skills:
o In-depth knowledge of fund transfer mechanisms, financial regulations, and risk
management practices.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
o Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Other Requirements:
o Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
o High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
