Treasury role:
  1. Lead end-to-end treasury activities for PhonePe Group 
  2. Manage investment portfolio to ensure optimum returns while ensuring adherence to treasury risk management policies
  3. Lead monthly/ periodic book closure for treasury activities
  4. Liaise with business stakeholders to optimize banking relationships and enable business requirements are appropriately met
  5. Nurture banking, investee stakeholder relationships 
  6. Ensure timely regulatory filings relating to treasury activities
Revenue Assurance role: 
  1. Lead revenue assurance charter for the Group
  2. Develop an understanding of revenue streams across entities/ business segments within the group 
  3. Set up a monthly/ periodic revenue review process focusing on accuracy and completeness of revenue recognition, adherence to processes and controls, reconciliations, data consistency and data retention
  4. Engage with business, controllership, tech teams to set up and test controls over new streams of revenue/ modifications to the existing streams
  5. Drive analytical reviews of revenue across the group entities and publish monthly MIS reports covering key revenue metrics
Expected candidate profile: 
  1. CA with 8-10 years post qualification experience
  2. Prior experience in corporate treasury functions specifically on investments, borrowings, working capital facilities, regulatory reporting
  3. Experience in accounting, book closure activities focused on treasury, revenue items 
  4. Manage a team of 3-4 members
