Job Brief:
We are looking for an organized Executive/ Senior Executive to do file management and
maintenance of our advertising programme. The individual must be organized and possess a
good understanding of timely and accurate filing of reports as per compliance requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintenance of advertisement register for IRDA filings
• Coordination with marketing team for issuance of advt codes.
• Maintenance of centralised files/ folders for all advertisements campaigns
• Assist in maintenance of summary and dashboards – NPRA and Merchant Advisory
• Intra-Team Coordination and follow ups with other teams for NPRA responses
• Maintenance of NPRA records/ evidences and follow up for closure of the product
review.
• Maintaining Service Now tool for NPRA reviews
• Reviewing merchant exception cases in line with approved merchant onboarding SOP.
Requirement and Skills:
• Graduate in any stream
• 0 to 2 years of experience in Operations or similar unit
• Good with MS Office Suite- MS Excel, MS Word
• Should have good written and verbal communication skills
