Responsibilities:
Continuously Monitor graphs, work on alerts, and resolve as per the runbook. Escalate the
issues to the next level if required.
Must discuss every matter with its supervisor or concern team to get any issue sorted.
Follow through and take ownership of all queries where possible, Escalate to the concerned
team on time.
Knowledge of monitoring tools like – Hystrix, Grafana, and Echo.
Monitor application performance, prepare weekly reports, monthly reports of alerts/tickets
worked on and calculate SLA, and review performance.
Restoring a failed service as quickly as possible and updating the on-call.
Prioritize and manage multiple thresholds related to different POD’s where you are requested to
work as per the roster.
Ensure that any alerts and issues on a service report are escalated efficiently.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to the on-call and concern team and update them about
the resolution.
Follow up with different teams to ensure their services are fully functional.

Requirements:

3 + yrs of total experience 
Excellent Communication skills and Ability to communicate with the team in a very precise and
professional manner.
An effective communicator
Hands-on experience with Windows environments.
Should be computer literate, basic use of office tools like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira.
Knowledge of Ticket Management and SLA process.
Candidates should be flexible enough to adapt to 24/7 Shifts.
