Indus Appstore, a leading app discovery platform in India, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented CRM Executive to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in driving user engagement and app discovery through strategic campaign execution.

About the Role:

  • Campaign Management: You will collaborate closely with the Content, Engineering, and Data Science teams to plan, develop, and execute effective monthly campaigns across various channels like push notifications and email marketing. This includes crafting compelling content, designing A/B tests, and optimizing campaigns for maximum user engagement.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Leverage data insights provided by the Data Science team to personalize campaigns, target specific user segments, and measure campaign performance.
  • Omnichannel Communication: Work across various channels like push notifications, emails, and potentially SMS, ensuring consistent messaging and a seamless user experience.
  • CRM Operations: Manage day-to-day CRM operations, which may involve tasks like user segmentation, creating targeted contact lists, and analyzing user behavior data.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Regularly monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay Informed: Remain up-to-date on mobile app user engagement trends, best practices in push notifications and email marketing, and evolving user behavior patterns within the Indian mobile app market.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CRM management, marketing automation, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Strong understanding of user engagement strategies and best practices in mobile app marketing.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and push notification tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and the ability to translate data insights into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for mobile apps and a keen interest in the Indian tech landscape.
