Avaya & Verint

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

The individual will be part of the Contact Center Implementation & Production team and will be required to collaborate with both internal and external teams across various locations.

 

  • The Voice engineer to assist with design, implementation and security for Avaya Contact Center enterprise environments
  • Expert-level knowledge of Avaya Media Servers, Virtual/System Platform, ESS, LSP and Avaya adjuncts

Expert-level knowledge of Avaya CC, System/Session Manager, Communication Manager,Audiocodes SBC, IP endpoints, SIP, H.323

  • Strong experience in Avaya Call Center solutions including but not limited to ACD, CMS, AES, CTI, WFM, Verint

Experience on AEP IVR and third party applications which use AES solution

  • Experience with call routing; ARS, AAR, VDN, Vector programming
  • Experience with VoIP monitoring tools
  • Strong knowledge of IP networking, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and other protocols
  • Experienced interfacing with vendors for new technology development and collaboration  In-depth knowledge of VoIP; experience with Avaya VoIP Products  In-depth knowledge of IP Routing, Quality of Service technologies with demonstrated implementation in a large enterprise organization

Experience in Voice trunking including SIP, IP, PRI, POTS, etc. and working with service providers in providing solutions

  • Good hands on experience for V15.1,V15.2,V11.1 & Analytics product suite.

Prior experience with the installation, support, usage, or administration of Verint software would be an added advantage.

  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience using diagnostic tools such as syslog,Wireshark, Netmon while troubleshooting technical problems, is preferred.
  • Knowledge in databases (SQL server 2012, 2019 and beyond) and SQL Queries. Should be able to understand and code medium to complex SQL queries.
  • Knowledge on Web Servers (IIS, Web logic, Apache Tomcat) would be an added advantage.

Good knowledge of Windows operating System (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) and SAN Storage, Domain Controller.Should have sound knowledge on Linux operating systems
