WHAT YOU’LL DO

Marketing Campaign Support

  • Oversee production timelines, execution, and proactively address potential delays to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Manage logistics for internal and external photoshoots.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on upcoming campaigns, providing communication and status updates. Ensure marketing materials and key metrics are accurate and current.
  • Use independent judgment to write and distribute marketing memos for promotions, partnerships, and significant updates to the broader Philz team.
  • Conduct general administrative duties, including invoice tracking, scheduling, note-taking, and event planning for the Philz Marketing team.

Local Retail Marketing

  • Provide remote and on-site support with consumer tests, local store marketing events, and new store opening events for new and existing retail marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to assess the impact of campaign execution on retail operations.
  • Manage retail marketing assets, including but not limited to working with third party vendors and other key  stakeholders in organizing printing, shipping, and receipt of collateral. 

Social Media Marketing

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, in-store, social media, public relations, and paid advertising.
  • Analyze and interpret social media metrics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 2-4 years of administrative experience in marketing or social media, preferably for a food & beverage retailer 
  • Demonstrable experience navigating core social media platforms including: Meta, Instagram, TikTok, SnapChat and X
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for coordinating with team members, writing content, and communicating with external partners
  • Strong organizational and project management skills involving collateral and content oversight are necessary to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • High attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of marketing materials and data, and to uphold brand standards

 

**Compensation & Benefits

A reasonable estimate of the starting annual base salary for this role is $66,700 to $68,000. Please note that the base salary will vary based on qualifications, previous experience, and work location.
