About the role:
Design and implement an inclusive, collaborative, and organized workplace experience in our San Francisco office. Be a people-first person - prioritize the well-being of all Philons while working closely with the broader People Team to plan and curate cultural events, office activities, and company-wide gatherings.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the Head of People to provide a consistent and integrated workplace experience
- Manage and plan all company events, outings, and virtual activities
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
- Maintain office budget
- Serve as point person for facilities needs and property management company
- Collaborate with the People team to provide a top-of-the-line onboarding experience for new hires
- Implement and maintain safety and OSHA guidelines for the office
- Stock and maintain the office supplies, snacks, and beverages
- Collaborate with vendors on various office needs
- Order and distribute company swag, as needed
What you’ll bring:
- High EQ
- Ability to anticipate and react to people’s needs in the office
- 4+ years of experience managing an office, preferably in a remote/hybrid work environment
- Experience in a service-related industry a plus
