Philo is seeking a Junior Copywriter to join our Brand Marketing team. We’re looking for a passionate storyteller with a flair for humor, a knack for catchy headlines, and a love for all things TV! The right candidate for this role is ready to roll up their sleeves and collaborate with our multidisciplinary creative team to write copy for social media, emails, TV ads, and everything in-between!
What You'll Do:
- Write copy for a variety of channels including, email, social media, TV, and radio.
- Translate creative direction into engaging and effective copy concepts.
- Ability to flex writing style to support different audiences and various character count restrictions.
- Partner with designers and key stakeholders on brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution.
- Present creative work and accept feedback with a positive attitude.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Contribute to the monthly social calendar for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
What You'll Bring:
- Targeted years of experience: 3-5 years
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional copywriting skills in a variety of digital/media formats. (May include spec work or creative writing samples.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In tune with emerging social trends and storytelling techniques.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative working environment.
- Experience with Figma, Sprout Social, and content management tools is a plus.
- Loves television.

Compensation: Includes annual salary between $50K-$85K, depending on experience and location, company stock options, and health benefits.
