Our team is looking for a culturally astute and hardworking strategy director to join at our LA team. Areas of specialty would include brand/corporate innovation, brand strategy/planning and customer/user research.


What we're looking for:

We're looking for a Strategy Director (6+ Years of experience) who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and diving into work to lead workshops with leadership teams and CMO's to help redefine and innovate brand positioning. The role is ideal for someone who can be an active champion and partner to both client and creative teams. Experience within tech or financial services areas are a plus.



· 6+ years of experience.

· Willing to take a fresh and unexpected approach to advertising and business strategy

· Ability to uncover rich fact-driven insights to bring context to key challenges and opportunities for a variety of leading industries (tech, fintech, product innovation, etc.)

· Be resourceful and have a hands-on collaborative mentality

· Conduct disruptive conversations with key stakeholders to challenge conventions and drive business strategy forward

· Passion for leading and defining what’s next for a client through the understanding of people and culture.
