Our team is looking to hire a Brand Manager/Account Executive to join our Los Angeles team. The candidate should have agency experience on major consumer brands with integrated experience.
You'll succeed in this role if you are a self-starter, personable, articulate, highly organized, detail-oriented, embrace a strategic approach to account management and have an eye for creative.
This is a position with room for growth. You will have the opportunity to own projects where you gather requirements, create budgets, create briefs, manage deliverables, formulate timelines and set expectations for internal/client teams.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Printing materials for creative reviews with clients, assisting in creative reviews, assisting in briefing the creative teams, providing creative teams with client POV, routing revised assets for approval, and trafficking them to vendors for release.
Collaborate closely with internal planning, creative and production teams on all development, execution, and delivery.
Liaise with client teams, coordinate meetings, print meeting materials, and implement agendas
Support in communicating company recommendations/ strategy to clients and identify opportunities to grow / improve projects.
Scheduling meetings, supporting brand director or group brand director with client relations, partnering with project management on resourcing, deliverables and timelines
Desired Skills and Experience:
2- 3 years of experience in an advertising agency preferably with emphasis in strategy and creative
Undergraduate degree from a 4-year accredited university. (Marketing/Communications/Business Degree).
Excellent presentation and communication skills with client and internal teams
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects at once
Research on competitors, trends, news, etc.
Compile powerpoint decks
Write meeting notes, status reports, and help with budgets
Maintain and update documents and databases.
