Veterinary Doctor Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a Veterinary Doctor/ DVM Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our talent acquisition team in a hybrid remote capacity, while living in or within a commutable distance to NYC, NJ, Tampa, FL.

  
  Responsibilities:

  • Develop & maintain robust talent pipelines to align with 2025 headcount plans
  • Develop & manage talent acquisition sourcing strategies for existing markets and new market expansions
  • Leverage various sourcing tools, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify licensed veterinarians
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for each prospect, assessing core competencies, and setting candidate expectations
  • Influence the new requisition process, serving as a liaison between hiring managers & TA leadership
  • Report on talent KPI’s, providing insights to core TA leadership stakeholders

   

  About You:

  • 1-3 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment, staffing agency experience is preferred
  • 1+ year experience working in Greenhouse and/or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute on innovative sourcing strategies to ensure alignment and success against prospect to candidate conversion KPI’s
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
  • Self-motivated, creative problem-solver, and results-driven individual, with a focus on exceeding targets
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Veterinary Medicine, Healthcare, Dental recruitment experience is a plus
