As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an integral contributor on our talent acquisition team throughout the interview, offer and onboarding stages with a high touch, high quality client centered approach. You will contribute to our efforts to bring new talent into our company in support of our impactful mission: delivering data and analytics for the diagnostics and treatment of cancer.

Summary:

The Recruiting Coordinator works collaboratively in a fast paced, team environment with a high attention to detail, advanced organizational & communication skills under minimal supervision.  This role entails exercising sound judgement to resolve problems, following standard work processes, understanding and adapting to client needs as well as maintaining confidentiality of information and data.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the interview process from start to finish--scheduling phone screens, virtual and onsite interviews, skill assessments and debriefs.  Post Covid, the role may also include arranging travel and managing candidates while onsite
  • Create requisitions and post open jobs on appropriate internal and external sources
  • Create job offer letters from templates in conjunction with the ATS, release letters to candidates and other facilitate communications involved with the offer stage
  • Maintain all applicant and interview data in our applicant tracking software, Greenhouse
  • Provide excellent candidate experience; ensure a positive and personable candidate experience with each communication via phone, email, and in person
  • Problem solve with hiring managers, recruiters and candidates in case of scheduling conflicts
  • Schedule reference checks, background and other pre-employment surveys and assessments as part of the Recruitment and Selection Process
  • Work closely with New Hires, Hiring Managers, HR, and IT to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Post Covid, greet candidates, leading them to their scheduled interviews with ease and grace
  • Represent Personalis, at recruiting events
  • Coordinate co-op & intern placements
  • Support special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years working as an Administrative Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator or other customer service type role
  • Experience working in a pharma/biotech is desirable
  • Technically adept, ideally experience with G-Suite and an applicant tracking system, Greenhouse preferably
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently with a high attention to detail in a fast paced team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across several layers of staff

Education/Experience:

  • Associates degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree desired
