As part of the operations support team, you will be a key member responsible for planning and monitoring materials needed to support the Personalis business offices and laboratories based in Menlo Park, Ca.
Manage Work Order Creation, Receipts and Closures
Work with Process Dev to establish and maintain system driven BOMS
Work with Departments to determine material requirements
Resolve problems related to shortage variance or other issues that prevent smooth material flow thru the lab
Maintain Item Master Planning Parameters
Perform Sales order allocations, monitor status to ensure on time delivery of material
Identify and help to resolve Sales Order discrepancies
Manage Internal Material Requests
Assist with other operation functions such as purchasing, process improvements and other duties as needed
HS Diploma and 4+ years relevant experience working in an Operations environment
Knowledge of item master and product structures
Strong computer transaction skills in Microsoft office, QAD or other ERP systems
Experience working in Regulated environment, preferably in Life Tech Industry nice to have
Self motivated, detail oriented, able to communicate and function effectively in a team environment
Willing and able to work late on the last day of the quarter, including weekend or holidays
