POSITION TITLE: Manager, Salesforce Training & Quality Assurance

REPORTS TO: Director, Data Quality & Analysis

LOCATION: National, PS Market preferred


Summary

The Manager, Salesforce Training & Quality Assurance will be responsible for delivering Salesforce training to new and existing Per Scholas staff and ensuring accurate data entry in our Salesforce instance. In collaboration with the Director, Data Quality & Analysis, this role will develop and revamp our Salesforce training curricula, both for general purposes and for role-specific trainings. Further, they will proactively monitor data entry throughout the organization to understand persistent challenges and to support staff when necessary.

The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about training and supporting staff, curious about our processes and data, and comfortable in a collaborative environment. This person should bring both a people-centered approach to their work and an exacting eye for detail. Further, this person should be comfortable thinking creatively about our processes and procedures with a willingness to bring forth new ideas to continually improve on the training we provide and the ways in which staff interact with Salesforce.

Responsibilities 

  • Deliver Salesforce trainings across the organization in both individual and group settings to all new training team hires, retraining for staff with performance gaps, and supplemental training to SME teams that also provide role-specific training
  • Work within the Training Operations Team to develop and revise Salesforce training curricula and materials (videos, etc) for both general and role-specific support for training org staff of 500+
  • Monitor data entry and proactively both correct mistakes and provide feedback to training staff, including working with supervisors and other leaders to develop substantive responses to persistent challenges
  • Foster a collaborative environment around Salesforce engagement and use through cross-team engagement and by being available to support staff on an as-needed basis
  • Document, announce, and distribute information on changes made to the database as needed, in coordination with the Director, Data Quality & Analysis
  • Maintain and develop comprehensive data dictionary to document all Salesforce fields within our instance
  • Hold weekly drop-in hours to help troubleshoot challenges staff are experiencing with Salesforce in real time
  • Create reports in response to data requests from other departments, collaborating with requestor to ensure accuracy of responses
  • Additional projects as assigned and relevant 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills: experience working with diverse individuals and groups with varying learning styles
  • Team-oriented, highly responsive communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with and knowledge of Salesforce is strongly preferred

For this role specifically, we are targeting a salary range between $55,000 and $60,000. The salary difference is typically determined by several factors, including geography in which the selected candidate resides and alignment with qualifications and experience.
