Senior Vice President, Midwest Region
Reports to: Deputy Chief Program Officer (DCPO)

Position Summary
The Regional Senior Vice President (RSVP) will provide strategic leadership and oversight across multiple training sites within the Midwest region. This role ensures that each site achieves sustainability, meets annual KPIs, and delivers high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational goals. The RSVP will work closely with Managing Directors (MDs) and the Training Support Team (TST) to guide site performance, drive fundraising efforts, and implement regional growth strategies. A key focus will be supporting MDs in building empowered local teams, cultivating partnerships, and maintaining alignment with national priorities while addressing regional opportunities and challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Oversight & Leadership (MD+)
- Lead and coach a team of MDs across the region, ensuring professional development, accountability, and strategic alignment.
- Support MDs in achieving annual KPIs, including learner enrollment, graduation, certification, and placement goals.
- Oversee operational effectiveness across all sites, ensuring high-quality delivery of programs and services.
- Serve as the primary liaison between regional sites and national teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage interim leadership at sites as needed, ensuring continuity and stability.
- Support the development of a positive, empowerment-based culture within local teams and learner communities.
- Represent the DCPO internally and externally, making executive decisions, managing workflows, and handling sensitive information as appropriate.
Strategic Growth & Implementation
- Partner with MDs to develop and execute a regional strategic plan, incorporating new training initiatives, employer partnerships, and market-specific opportunities.
- Align local site goals with organizational priorities, balancing growth, sustainability, and program innovation.
- Collaborate with the National Development and Customized Training teams to ensure delivery of local and regional commitments.
- Utilize Salesforce and other platforms to monitor regional KPIs and recognize achievements.
- Conduct market-specific analyses to identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging trends in the workforce, tech, and business sectors.
- Drive regional implementation of customized training programs, ensuring alignment with local market demands and organizational goals.
Regional Fundraising
- Oversee fundraising strategies for each site, guiding MDs in building and maintaining a sustainable funding base.
- Set and monitor regional fundraising goals, through diverse revenue streams such as foundation grants, corporate sponsorships, public funding, and earned income.
- Support the development of local Advisory Boards to strengthen community engagement and fundraising capacity.
- Act as a thought partner to MDs in the design and execution of local events and engagement strategies.
- Ensure alignment between local and national fundraising efforts, prioritizing regional and organizational sustainability.

For this role specifically, we target $155,000 with a salary range of $145,000 - $155,000. The salary difference is typically determined by several factors, including the selected candidate's geography and alignment with qualifications and experience.
