POSITION TITLE: Director of Regional and Local Marketing and Communication
LOCATION: Remote
REPORT TO: Senior VP Marketing & Communications
The Director of Marketing and Communications Operations is responsible for collaborating with the Regional Senior Vice Presidents and Local Campus Managing Directors to identify, implement, and optimize local marketing and communication campaign templates and training programs. Moreover, this role will supervise project management for the Marketing and Communications Team to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and delivered to national, regional, and local stakeholders.
- Regional and Local Market Marketing and Communications Leadership: Develop strong relationships with Regional Senior Vice Presidents and Local Campus Managing Directors to understand priorities to inform and optimize Marketing and Communication templates and training. The goal is to deliver on organizational goals and brand consistency
- Local Marketing and Communication Campaign Templates: Develop and implement turnkey marketing and communication campaign templates across channels including social, events, earned media, CRM/email, etc. Partner with key stakeholders to continuously solicit feedback and optimize to achieve results and brand consistency
- Local Market Stories: Partner with campus teams to collect stories from employers, volunteers, learners, and alumni to build credibility and awareness for Per Scholas. These stories are then managed and maintained in Salesforce for easy access by different teams within the organization, as well as, for use in various forms of communication.
- Project Management: Lead and manage marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables. This includes leveraging Asana and creating project plans, assigning tasks, and tracking progress for marketing and communication materials including ads, social media, collateral, PR, comms, videos, images, etc.
- Local Market Marketing Training: Oversee local market training including the Per Scholas brand, social, content and events to drive brand consistency and alignment
- Brand Materials Management: Developing effective processes and solutions to ensure that national, regional, and local teams have the latest materials. This includes management and organizing all marketing and communication materials including guidelines, templates, collateral, training guides, brand assets, presentations/decks, toolkits, etc.
- Measurement and Analysis: Measure the performance of marketing and communication templates in supporting regional and local campaign efforts to track their impact and effectiveness, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing and communication roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Experience in marketing operations and tools like Asana, Monday, etc.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and trends.

For this role specifically, we are targeting a salary range of $75,000 - 85,000 Target, where the difference in salary is typically determined by several factors, including geography in which the selected candidate resides and alignment with qualifications and experience.
