What We Are Looking For:

Persado is looking for a Customer Success Senior Manager in Munich, Germany, that will be acting as the key person for commercial communications with the German market leaders of our clients.

What We Want You To Do:

  • Build long-term strategic relationship with C-Levels and key decision makers based on ROI and value delivered
  • Own the business case and sales plan, including upsells and cross-sells across the client’s organization to scale Persado adoption
  • Engage internal team members, including solution consulting, services, operations, sales, training, and project management, to deliver against objectives
  • Anticipate and articulate client needs to become a trusted advisor

What We Want To See:

  • 5+ years experience in customer success, account management or consulting with focus on digital, marketing, sales
  • Business/Strategy Consulting Experience and strong analytical skills are a must
  • Consultative mindset in assessing customer priorities, building up a value proposition & presenting to sales and marketing stakeholders
  • Knowledge of marketing & performance marketing
  • Experience in the following industries Telco & Media, Financial Services, Retail, Travel
  • Possesses commercial acumen and has the ambition / experience to drive and close multimillion commercial transactions
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Able to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding environment
  • Excellent verbal and written German (native speakers will be preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written English
