What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Product Director / Product Lead to take ownership of our proprietary AI-powered marketing language. You will own the roadmap of the existing product, talk with internal and external stakeholders and deliver items that can bring an impact. You will work with teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and other product verticals to build features and expand our portfolio. If you love building high tech products, interested in innovation, not afraid to dig into the details and have experience in NLP, NLG, ML, knowledge base systems or AI related products then join us in our quest to disrupt the creative industry.

What We Want You To Do:

  • Generate the roadmap for your product and features that are vital for success
  • Be on top of the product backlog, providing guidance, reviewing and occasionally writing requirements and stories to ensure proper execution and delivery
  • Drive the team to always be looking at the KPIs to improve
  • Compare product performance against business targets; assessing and managing risks
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure timely delivery of quality products and with data science and innovation team to expand our knowledge base
  • Mentor your team and help them progress towards the next step in their career
  • Engage with customers in order to identify new opportunities and build relationships that will grow our customer base
  • Represent your team both internally and externally, including customer presentations, C-level and company-wide updates on your team’s work and roadmap

What We Want To See:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Product Management
  • 1-2 years of experience as a product lead in a high paced tech company
  • Strong agile and lean product development experience
  • Experience working with teams for NLP, NLG, ML, knowledge databases or AI related products
  • Product management experience for marketing cloud services, campaign management platforms, Martech or Adtech stack - a big plus
  • Experience working with campaign management teams and data scientists
  • Strong Business Acumen

  • Product Lead with a proven track record in managing teams, and getting the best out of them
  • You will be able to demonstrate a strategic mind-set and communicate this focus to a team

  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills including the ability to work with and influence people
  • Able to deliver results in an exciting and fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation
  • Data driven, data curious, analytical, spot trends in the data
  • Be able to cut through the noise and focus on what makes an impact
  • Tech savvy and not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM related field, graduate degree is a plus
