What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a high-energy Recruiter based in New York, NY to join our HR team! In this role, you will have ownership of full lifecycle recruitment for assigned roles and the chance to work with super talented global teams on various HR activities! 

What We Want You To Do:

  • Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring objectives and business needs
  • Attract and source candidates using a variety of approaches
  • Review/analyze resumes, and identify candidates whose skills meet the needs of the role and the hiring manager
  • Thoroughly assess candidate skills and cultural fit
  • Manage the recruitment process, move candidates through interview stages to offer negotiation
  • Provide a fast and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer

What We Want To See:

  • At least 3-5 years of proven success recruiting in the technology space, with at least one year of sales recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
  • Proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume
  • Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, as well as connect that candidate with the right opportunity at Persado
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and adapt to constant change
  • Strong judgment, exceptional work ethic, and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
