What We Are Looking For:

Persado is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Success based in New York. This is a key role and is responsible for driving value and developing senior-level relationships within our broad customer base, including many Fortune 500 companies, by driving the adoption of Persado to align with customer needs.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be bright, ambitious, self-driven, hard-working, team player and flexible, and have the following qualifications: 

  • At least 2 years of specific strategic consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm
  • A total of at least 5 years overall professional experience
  • Analytical and data-driven; seeks out solutions & defends decisions with data and is very comfortable with financial business cases, and ROI calculations 
  • Understand key business drivers and successfully identify business impact
  • Took initiative to lead projects from conception to closure; grew relationships with clients
  • Good at multi-tasking, managing many aspects of client engagements across several cross-functional groups, including client teams
  • Presents very organized and structured thinking for planning and execution purposes 
  • Strong ability to anticipate issues and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Natural bias for action to improve internal and client processes
  • Experience in collaborating on pitches and brainstorming solutions for accounts or regions
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for marketing, technology and/or AI 

Nice to Haves:

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or business development
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and concepts, and/or channel strategy, specifically performance marketing
  • Expertise in a vertical (i.e: retail, financial services, technology, etc.)
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree in marketing or business

What We Want You To Do:

  • Build long term strategic client partnerships while delivering/expanding account revenue targets
  • Own the business case and plan, including upsells, renewals, and cross-sells across the client’s organization
  • Collaborate with internal team members, including solutions consulting, value engineering, operations, and sales to deliver against objectives
  • Anticipate and articulate client needs to become a trusted advisor and strategic marketing/business, partner
  • Achieve high client satisfaction (referenceability, advocacy, Net Promoter, etc.)
  • Be a Persado expert; educate new and existing teams/business units across the client
  • Devise client strategies to optimize client’s use of Persado across all marketing & communication channels
  • Limited travel, <20% depending on client and role
