What We Are Looking For:

Persado is looking for a Director of Business Development, Germany based in  Düsseldorf, Cologne, Berlin, Munich or Frankfurt who will be in charge of the Persado expansion in the DACH region.

What We Want You To Do:

  • Own the international expansion in the DACH region
  • Orchestrate efforts from all the Persado supporting functions - including internal Marketing, Partnership, PR - to design and roll out the Go To Market in that region
  • Have a pre-existing Marketing network in the DACH region you can leverage on to speed up market access
  • Engage with C Levels of the target organizations, mainly Retailers, eCommerce, Travel, Telcos and Financial Services organizations
  • Identify, contact and engage key Marketing decision makers
  • Understand their goals and needs to formulate a value proposition that impacts clients P&L
  • Earn the trust of industry leaders and build long term relationships
  • Develop client-specific business cases and sales models to identify revenue/value opportunities
  • Execute complex sales-cycles to achieve individual new business quotas

What We Want To See:

  • Experience in Sales/Business Development in Germany/Switzerland/Austria for Marketing solutions
  • Over 7 years of experience in solution selling, management consulting or digital marketing
  • Understanding of digital marketing
  • Experience in establishing and growing senior level relationships (GMs, CMOs, SVPs and above)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Fluent in German
