What We Are Looking For:

The VP, Solution Strategy, will lead the development of solutions for targeted Persado customers (post sale) that will enable Persado to become a truly strategic partner to these accounts. You will have a strong technical/scientific background that will help you understand what we do and help Persado create solutions for a clients strategic problem. This position will report to the SVP, Product and Engineering, and potentially to the President/Chief Commercial Officer. The VP, Solutions Strategy will work with our SVP,Customer Success, global GMs, and our EVP, Strategic Accounts, to:

  • Review opportunities for growth submitted by client owners, prioritizing opportunities based on potential impact to the customer and productization of the solution
  • Help client owners of targeted accounts identify new opportunities for growth and “out of the box” applications of the Persado platform
  • Lead client discussions and architect solutions ultimately enabling Persado to become a strategic partner focused on business outcomes  
  • Work closely with Product, Data Science & Operations teams to ensure successful delivery of custom solutions  
  • Create repeatable, scalable platform based solutions where possible
  • Collaborate with client owners to monitor and deliver against specific account growth targets
  • Develop solution blueprints that allow clients and Persado to realize the full potential of Persado’s core technologies and capabilities
  • Participate in QBRs for targeted accounts, work with account teams to deliver outside-in strategic recommendations around Persado platform opportunities.
  • Lead training for new developed solution blueprints
  • Work with VP, Customer Success, Global GMs and EVP, Strategic Accounts to help define playbook for accelerated account growth
  • Suggest new areas for product enhancement to support account playbook and/or solution blueprints

Be a strong conduit between product and account teams

  • Eventually build a team of Solution Strategists
  • Will have KPI’s measured on excess bookings/revenues for target accounts


What We Want To See:

  • 8+ years experience defining, consulting and delivering technology solutions to large enterprises at the executive level. Working experience in a top consulting firm is a huge plus
  • Deep knowledge of the CMO function and experience consulting and delivering solutions to marketing executives.  
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and conceptualize solutions that solve business problems and provide powerful value propositions
  • A creative provocateur and persuasive storyteller who is endlessly curious, with a keen ability to shift perspective and illuminate powerful insights and creative potential through data and narrative.
  • Strong technical background - Preferably with a M.S or PhD in a STEM related field
