Summary

As a Junior BA, you'll play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You'll work alongside experienced analysts and stakeholders to understand current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate those needs into actionable plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and user observation sessions (focusing on planning functionalities).
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
  • Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, and other technical documentation tailored to planning software features.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis
  • Support senior BAs with ongoing projects and tasks.
  • Participate in planning software testing processes to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a related role preferably supporting Planning systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with business analysis methodologies (a plus)
  • This is an in-office role, based at our Global Headquarters in Miami, Florida
