About the Role..

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Partnerships, Europe to join our Partnerships team. This is a high impact role that will build the foundation for and own platform partnership execution for the region. It will also support strategic business development opportunities in collaboration with senior strategic partnerships resources for the region. This person will report directly to our Head of Partnerships. The role will interact cross-functionally with the Marketing, Publisher Sales, Advertiser Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Partnerships, and Legal teams. 

The Partnerships team is responsible for both strategic and supportive platform partnerships, ultimately driving both ecosystem strategy and delivering on key client and prospect integration requirements. With recent new product advancements, a fast-growing industry need for an infrastructure that only Permutive is positioned to deliver, and new financing and resource availability, the demand for partnerships at Permutive has never been greater. 

What you'll be doing...

  • Owning platform partnerships commercially for the region
  • Servicing the partnership requirements of the product team, clients, and prospects 
  • Managing integration requests in collaboration with the product team
  • Creating repeatable process to streamline the commercial component of integrations and partner rollouts
  • Working in partnership with the product, solutions architect, sales engineering, and marketing teams
  • Supporting strategic partnerships for the region by working with senior BD resources on complex strategic deals within the region
  • Driving opportunities end-to-end from qualification through to close and operational hand-off
  • Partnering closely with internal stakeholders to shape Permutive solutions and engagements

What you’ll need...

  • Commercial experience initiating and managing partnerships
  • Knowledge of the Ad Tech ecosystem from a commercial and technical perspective 
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and function with relative independence in assembling deals through close
  • Significant experience building and maintaining relationships with partners within the AdTech industry
  • Regularly keeping up to date on industry trends, particularly as it pertains to post-cookie ecosystem dynamics


We take a structured, objective approach to salary-setting, which is based on market information, our compensation strategy, and your experience and capability as assessed through our interview process. For a candidate who fits our criteria, we'd pay around £60,000 - £79,000 + bonus + options.

Our approach to Remote First
Permutive is a remote first company. We also have an office presence in London and New York. From March 2022, all employees have optional access to a permanent in-person collaboration space in NYC and London. You are expected to do your primary work from home however everyone at Permutive has the option to spend as much (or as little) time as they need working from our office spaces. As a company, we gather in person at least once per quarter for different company-wide events.
