Permutive is looking for Sales Operations Analyst with commercial experience in a SaaS environment leveraging systems and real-time data to solve business critical issues.

You will support the global sales and leadership teams on running a smooth and efficient sales process, providing transparent reporting, as well as driving implementation of new tools and processes to continuously drive productivity improvement. You will contribute to building an extraordinary business infrastructure of systems that create scalable and repeatable processes to ensure the success of the sales and marketing functions. This is a global role that goes beyond simple reporting and Salesforce setup. You will interact with numerous key stakeholders in the business, build relationships with the Sales, BDR, Marketing, SE teams to increase the performance of the sales process across the entire length of the funnel. You will leverage your analytical skills to uncover gaps, your business acumen to concoct innovative and scalable solutions, your interpersonal skills during the roll-out, and your attention to detail during the monitoring phase. You should be a highly tech-oriented individual with the belief that most things in the digital world can and should be automated. 

You will be responsible for:

  • User Enablement:
    • Roll-out new processes to the sales team and be a hands-on resource to them to maintain traction with all manners of systems and process adoption
    • Coordinate & communicate with Sales, Marketing, Finance for data analysis and visibility
    • Documentation and training guides
  • Process Design:
    • Recognise gaps in the global revenue flow and recommend scalable and elegant cross-system solutions that burdens the sales team with minimal admin or alleviates it
    • Come with sufficient Salesforce experience to make this tool work for the sales teams via cunning systems automation or innovative processes
  • Reporting:
    • Own root cause analysis of revenue and operational issues
    • Be responsible for in-depth monitoring and tracking based on the needs and OKRs of the business (e.g. CRM hygiene, forecast, business trends, ramp, ABM plan follow-up)
    • Manage the execution of core planning processes (e.g. run health/quality checks on data)
    • Master measurement tools to develop relevant, trustworthy business insights and proposals on as needed basis
  • Strategy:
    • Contribute to formulating GTM strategies based on data
    • Build strong relationships in the sales leadership, sales and SE teams
    • Work collaboratively across the global organization (Sales, SE/SA, CS, Marketing, Finance, etc)


The ideal candidate will have

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Experience in a similar strategic project management or strategy consulting role
  • Excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, reporting, forecasting, territory management and sales quotas)
  • Proven experience in data-driven process transformation with scalability in mind
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Creating insightful and actionable dashboards/reports via specific BI tools
  • Ability to build compelling presentations using spreadsheet software
  • Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence; demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives
  • Self-Motivated w/ outstanding communication skills (written & verbal) and strong desire to get things done and demonstrate urgency with small & big initiatives


What we're offering 

We take a structured, objective approach to salary-setting, which is based on market information, our compensation strategy, and your experience and capability as assessed through our interview process. For a candidate who fits our criteria, we'd pay around $90,000 base + options.
