We’re hiring for a world class Partnerships Lead to join our growing team in New York. You will source and build partnerships across the AdTech ecosystem and enable us to become an industry leading team. Reporting to our GM for Publishing, the role will interact closely with our product team, and work in conjunction with our publishers via our Customer Success team.

In your first six months, you will…
- Scope the market: Work with our GM to develop a roadmap of key partnerships that we should target in order to scale this function
- Source and develop relationships: Source and build relationships with partners that can help support Permutive Publishers generate greater revenue
- Integrate deals with 5-10 specific partners: Take responsibility to drive integrations with relevant partners; working with Permutive clients and internal teams to map out all technical, legal and commercial aspects to enable partnerships to go live
- Maximise revenue from deals once integrated: Work collaboratively between partners to continually find new ways to grow revenue and combine the right partners with our best products
- Determine partner / product strategy on a case by case: Work with our product team to develop an overall offering which combines the right partners with our best products
The ideal candidate will…
- Have significant experience building and maintaining relationships with partners within the AdTech industry
- Bring proven experience managing senior stakeholders expectations
- Demonstrate their ability and experience initiating and managing complex deals
- Have a useful blend of technical and commercial experience

How we are responding to COVID-19
We have a physical office presence in London and New York. At the beginning of March 2020 we made the decision to move to working from home for all Permutive employees until January 2021. We have invested significant time and budget into ensuring that everyone is suitably equipped to manage this time period.
