Overview
The Account Manager role is focused on operational excellence, while still being a client-facing role. The role will consistently work with cross-functional teams as well as vendors to both plan and execute campaigns. The account manager will work in conjunction with the strategist on end-to-end campaign management.
Responsibilities
Maintain account stability with key clients via white glove service and operational excellence.
Work end to end across campaigns – balancing campaign management across various stages at one time.
Build holistic, full-funnel media plans for Retail and CPG campaigns across all activation channels and creative formats.
Coordinate campaign workflow cross-functionally, including collaboration with external vendors, to ensure campaign success.
Work with Legal/ Finance to close out opportunities.
Work with client and finance team to ensure all invoices are sent and paid in a timely manner.
Monitor campaign performance and work with campaign counterparts to ensure we not only meet but exceed KPIs.
Provide campaign reporting to campaign counterparts on a consistent basis and collaborate to bring the campaign to life through data
Conduct historical & brand research for new & existing clients.
Requirements
A minimum of 3-5 years of digital media experience in a client facing role, focused on either operations or customer success.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required.
Strong knowledge of digital campaign metrics and goals (i.e. - CTR, CPA, etc.)
Experience in managing expectations in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams preferred.
Shopper marketing, CPG or retail industry experience preferred.
