Perch is looking for an HR Coordinator to join its growing team. This role is ideal for anyone looking to get broad exposure to various disciplines within HR at a growing Tech company. The HR coordinator will be responsible for scheduling interviews - ensuring an excellent candidate experience - and managing the onboarding process for all new hires. Reporting into the Head of People, the role will also assist in other company-wide initiatives from performance management to employee experience as needed.
Schedule & facilitate on-site interviews ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Manage the employee onboarding program end-to-end.
Deliver HR onboarding sessions, enabling all Perch new hires to hit the ground running.
Assist HR team with project-based tasks and company-wide initiatives.
Enter and maintain data in HRIS system.
A Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of work experience preferred.
Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
An open-minded mindset, with a can-do attitude in a complex, ambiguous environment.
