They are responsible for understanding customer needs, conducting market research, creating product roadmaps, and managing product development life cycle.

Base Salary

 $110K to $130K 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage revenue-generating product programs and partnerships on PropertyReach.com
  • Create product specification documents, outlining business and high-level technical requirements.
  • Gather requirements, defining the product vision and strategy.
  • Analyze competitive landscape, summarizing findings through competitive analysis documents.
  • Develop new products and web sites; improve existing products and sites for real estate professionals.
  • Understand and follow each step of the product development lifecycle: conception, design, development, testing, launch, and reporting.
  • Take initiative to learn about the technology, systems, and other interfacing areas of knowledge.
  • Provide project planning and necessary coordination activities.
  • Work closely with engineers and designers, as well as appropriate stakeholders.
  • Problem solves and work individually, and as part of a team, to meet the needs of projects.
  • Create professional diagrams, spreadsheets, and other documents to support project workflow.

Qualifications & Skills

  • BA or BS in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • Residential Real Estate domain knowledge
  • Product management or product design experience.
  • Experience managing development of digital content products for both web and mobile
  • Strong knowledge in technical areas such as programming logic, databases, and the Internet.
  • Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Brightspot CMS, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and collaboration skills.
  • Possess an extremely high attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong technical abilities.
