We are looking for a Search Marketing Coordinator, with solid experience managing multiple accounts through Google AdWords, Microsoft/Bing and Yahoo/Gemini. This position will work closely with the Search Marketing Manager and report to the Director of Paid Acquisition. This person is responsible for supporting multiple accounts with millions of keywords, helping develop search strategy and accountable for daily performance.  Experience with large campaigns, real estate and a track record of building and scaling search programs is preferable. 

Base Salary

$70,000/yr - $80,000/yr

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform daily account management of pay-per-click campaigns in Google AdWords, Bing/AdCenter and GDN including but not limited to: monitoring of keyword bids, daily budget caps, impression share, quality score and other critical campaign metrics.
  • Continually evaluate and improve effectiveness of campaigns through keyword ranking, conversion rates, quality score(s), ad copy testing, display ad creatives (GDN).
  • Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and find new opportunities.
  • Work closely with Account Managers with Google and Bing/Yahoo/Gemini.
  • Perform analysis using KPIs across all verticals and locations in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and internal reporting systems, using Excel, PowerBi and more.
  • Provide creative ad copy suggestions to improve click-through rates, conversion rates and QS.
  • Support the launch of new Accounts based on new web sites/new products.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages with the goal of increasing CTR, conversion rate, and quality score
  • Develop and execute effective keyword strategy by managing new keywords, match types, and negatives
  • Conduct regular and comprehensive campaign auditing and data QA.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 - 3+ years’ experience in search engine marketing
  • Strong skills in search marketing across all major channels including: Google, Bing and GDN
  • Experienced in AdWords, AdCenter, Gemini, Google Analytics.
  • Experience in real estate and real estate investing preferred
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, internal employees and partners or customers.
  • Possess strong communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills, and exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and comfort with web based competitive intelligence tools such as PowerBi and Looker Studio a plus.
  • Proficient with Analytics tools, bid management tools.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work with a variety of internal teams.
