Job Summary:

PeopleDoc is looking for a Cloud Implementation Engineer to join our EMEA Integration Global Customer Care team and help us meet our expanding client expectations on software integrationimplementation  and growth objectives.

You will join a high performing, fast-paced and quite fun team, based in Paris committed to solve complex issues, learn and improve constantly personally and technically.

This position will provide the opportunity to work autonomously on an internal Saas solutions, designed and develop in France . And of course, a lot of room to grow your skills and experience along with the company.

Your main missions in the team will be :

Be responsible for setting up systems to ensure client's integration (data feed, HRIS integration, data orchestration, data ingestion…)

Internally :
Play an important role between the Project Management , Customer Success  and Customer Care, while providing support to production supervision team. A CIE is essentially a back-office project manager with Integration skills.

He / She will:

  • Set systems up and constantly follow several projects in order to stick with the company's SLA
  • Escalate tickets to appropriate teams depending on scope of the issue
  • Update implementation documentation
  • Be used to regular expressions, API and command terminal
  • Analyze logs and error messages

Required Skills :

  • Experience troubleshooting issues / IT development knowledge
  • Organized / Curious
  • Ability to create and manage documentation
  • Proficiency in English

The ideal candidate for this position will come from a tech and/or internet-based environment with deep understanding and appreciation of production environment dealing with sensitive data, as well as high client service standards. The candidate must be organized and have a high risk consideration on implications of any change made on the systems.
