The Role

Penrod, headquartered in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward with additional offices in Chicago, Minneapolis, and Dallas, is seeking a Data Integration Consultant to join our growing team. Our Data Integration Consultant will develop and execute complex data migrations and integrations for client applications on the Salesforce platform.

What You Must Do To Be Successful In This Position:

  • Experience with atleast 1 enterprise ETL Tool (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator, SAP BusinessObjects Data Integrator)
  • Manually import client data files into the database
  • Strong Understanding of API technologies
  • Write complex SQL queries
  • Diagnose and correct exceptions within dataloads
  • Consult the client and project teams on proper completion of CPQ and FSL Templates
  • Define and develop data integration and migration processes and procedures (CPQ templates, FSL templates)
  • Work closely with clients and project teams on integration and migration strategies, best practices, and design.
  • Write logical expressions to pull data from files as necessary
  • Achieve and maintain Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer 1 Certification within 60 days of hire and
  • Prepare Integration Strategy Documentation and Field Mapping Documentation to ensure quality data migrations and integrations
  • Write Jira Tickets within the structure and set the Data Specialist up for success

What Skills & Experience We’d Like You To Have:

  • Degree in MIS or equivalent, 2-4 years of experience
  • Working experience of relational databases and writing SQL queries to extract and transform data
  • Knowledge and expertise writing complex SQL queries
  • Understanding of API technologies
  • Experience with atleast 1 enterprise ETL Tool (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator, SAP BusinessObjects Data Integrator)
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to a non-technical audience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Ability to consistently complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and an upbeat, helpful attitude
  • Ability to consult and effectively communicate with clients
  • Working experience working with clients and/or internal teams
