HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you'll provide day-to-day tactical HR support across a range of functions, including administration, compliance, recruitment, benefits, and engagement. Sound like a fit? What you can expect to do...

  • Employee Relations
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and engagement initiatives.
    • Manage Culture Amp surveys and employee feedback processes.
    • Facilitate Culture Sponsor meetings and support company culture programs.
    • Resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Performance Management
    • Assist with performance review processes to ensure timely completion and consistency.
    • Support managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans.
  • Compliance and Record Keeping
    • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
    • Act as the BambooHR administrator, owning all employee records and data.
    • Manage leave programs, including LOA, and ensure accurate HR documentation.
  • HR Administration
    • Own benefits administration, including enrollments, terminations, reporting, audits, and annual open enrollment.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership using HR data.
    • Manage onboarding processes for new hires and contractors.
  • Recruitment
    • Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-priority roles, managing 8–12 open positions at a time.
    • Partner with agencies and contractors to build a strong talent pipeline.
    • Write, refine, and maintain job descriptions while leveraging Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter for system management.
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings to ensure skillset and cultural alignment.

You’ll know you’re successful if you...

  • Within two weeks, take ownership of contractor and employee onboarding.
  • Within one month, become the go-to expert for BambooHR and insurance-related inquiries.
  • Within three months, fully manage open enrollment and benefits administration processes.
  • Lead recruitment efforts from outreach to negotiation, filling roles within 4–5 weeks.
  • Ensure employee satisfaction with HR support (target: ≥85%).
  • Maintain compliance audit accuracy and documentation quality at 100%.

You’re a good fit if you...

  • Have 3+ years of HR experience with exposure to multi-state HR needs.
  • Hold a SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent time management skills.
  • Have experience managing HRIS systems (BambooHR experience is a bonus).
  • Possess thorough knowledge of federal and state employment laws, with a preference for multi-state expertise.
  • Have proven recruiting experience in the technology consulting space (bonus for Salesforce consulting).
  • Are resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with context-switching.

You’ll have an edge if you...

  • Have experience scaling HR operations at organizations with 50–200 employees.
  • Have supported H1B candidates or sponsorship processes.
  • Have payroll experience and familiarity with benefits administration.
  • Are comfortable leading strategic HR projects and presenting data-driven recommendations.

Compensation and Benefits
Targeted salary range: $65,000–$85,000 to be determined by the candidate’s level, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and alignment with market data.
