Team Description

Our Recruiting Operations Team defines work processes, helps the recruiting team be more efficient, and oversees logistics like interview scheduling, offer processing, and much more!

This person will work closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to help move candidates through our interview process and ensure a seamless candidate experience. They will build and maintain relationships with the hiring team, and act as a liaison for candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Their main responsibility will be to schedule virtual and onsite interviews, and will be the point person for logistics around the interview process. Additionally, this person will contribute heavily to overall recruiting operations.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews globally, managing complex schedules across multiple timezones.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, including hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters, acting as a resource for recruiting operations.
  • Oversee and streamline administrative recruiting tasks, including sending offer paperwork and tracking pre-hire steps to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Greet candidates for onsite interviews and handle all logistical arrangements, including travel and accommodations.
  • Report on hiring funnel analytics to track progress, identify trends, and drive data-informed improvements.
  • Contribute to recruiting programs and manage ad-hoc projects to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen hiring outcomes.
  • Identify and address inefficiencies in the interview process, proactively implementing solutions to enhance overall candidate and recruiter experience.
  • Assist with job postings, recruitment marketing efforts, and documentation of new processes to scale operational effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional or scheduling-heavy environment, ideally with an HR or Talent Acquisition team.
  • Experience managing multiple calendars and coordinating travel (Google Suite preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of recruiting practices and processes.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, multitasking, and working independently.
  • Initiative-driven, collaborative, and willing to take on new challenges.

Compensation 

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

The expected base salary range for this role in the following location is:

London -  £42,000 - £52,500

Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
