The Sr Analyst, Total Rewards & People Operations supports Pendo employees globally with HR-related processes regarding global expansions, mobility, equity administration, general rewards and operations processes including leave of absence administration, policy creation and management, education sessions, benefits planning and strategy,  and benefit and /on & offboarding administration across the globe. We collaborate with numerous stakeholders company-wide to ensure quality delivery of people-related services and implement and deliver critical people operations processes. The team is building a scalable infrastructure to support company objectives and the needs of Pendozers globally. You will partner closely with the People Team and front-line leaders to support the company’s global strategy. This role will be responsible for partnering with employees and department stakeholders, acting as a change agent to support the company’s growth.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Partner closely with other People Team functions globally to create and execute operational processes and services with a focus on employee experience via Rewards and People Ops.
  • Support the day-to-day administration and compliance of Pendo’s global health and welfare, retirement, leave of absence and well-being programs.
  • Oversee ongoing global HR operations and rewards processes and administration, including leave of absence management and policy creation, onboarding/offboarding employees, benefits enrollments and terminations, policy advisement. 
  • Partner with Rewards leader on global rewards strategy and expansions. 
  • Advise HR Partners and Recruiters on global compensation programs and questions such as comp cycle and administration, promotion adjustments, new hire offers, and any other job evaluations
  • Provide day-to-day employee and manager guidance and support. Serve as the first point of contact for general global HR questions from employees via slack and Zendesk and action tickets in Zendesk to resolution and based on SLAs. Serve as the escalation point for global employee questions and vendor issues to ensure quick, equitable, and courteous resolution.
  • Partner with Payroll on regular pre-processing review in legacy and new systems by country.
  • Manages projects and/or leads or participates as a project member on company-wide HR initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of work experience in human resources or related fields with a background in HR, HR Operations, Rewards, HR Systems with strong experience in global total rewards and operations  
  • Ability to manage and lead projects, with strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to manage and analyze data using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP, Payroll or HR systems.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with Workday and ADP
  • Experience with managing global broker relationships and multiple in-country brokers globally. 
  • Experience with managing legal and HR operations partners globally.

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

The expected hourly rate for this role to be performed in Raleigh, NC or New York City, NY $50-$62.

Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
