The Senior Director of Revenue Enablement will be responsible for driving cohesive enablement initiatives that increase the productivity of our revenue organization. This will be a leadership role in charge of leveraging the enablement team to make an impact across new hire onboarding, segment support, product enablement, process enablement as well as pipeline initiatives. This person will partner heavily with the leadership of the Revenue organization as well as Marketing, Product & PMM.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Drive impactful enablement initiatives that empower the revenue organization with the essential training for success, while ensuring the core message remains clear and focused
  • Manage and mentor a team of enablement professionals to drive productivity and effectiveness across the revenue organization
  • Ensure alignment of enablement initiatives with overall business goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs, making data-driven adjustments as necessary
  • Drive ownership of all revenue enablement programs including:
    • Onboarding
    • Leadership development
    • Pipeline Generation
    • Product Enablement
    • Systems and Process, and more

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of Revenue Enablement experience
  • Experience managing key stakeholders via influencing without authority
  • Proven project, time, and change management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving business goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in sales and revenue enablement.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to drive effectiveness through frameworks that are easily understood

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

The expected base salary range for this role in the following locations is: 

Raleigh, NC & Dallas, TX - $178,000- $220,000

Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
