The Editor in Chiefwill be focused on amplifying the stories of people who are working to transform the world of software. This is a highly entrepreneurial role for a strategic thinker who is excited to also roll up their sleeves.
Set the vision for the evolution and growth of the ProductCraft community
Grow followers and engagement across Pendo and ProductCraft’s organic social channels including, but not limited to, Twitter and LinkedIn
Manage the editorial calendar to ensure editorial pipeline and a daily publishing cadence
Assign pieces to writers and work with them on ideation, writing, and editing
Conduct keyword and SEO research to understand audience needs and interests
Monitor traffic and engagement, and work closely with the marketing team to meet monthly growth and conversion goals
Work closely with the design and development team to evolve the ProductCraft brand
Identify and highlight stories of businesses experiencing digital transformation and the champions behind them
Previous experience editorial roles and/or content marketing roles in the B2B space
Expertise in WordPress, Sprout, Marketo, and project management tools
Familiarity with SEO guidelines and keyword research tools
Proven track record of exponentially growing a brand's social presence
Driven by data and comfortable setting and achieving measurable KPIs
A deep understanding and familiarity of the product world, and a passion for community management
